i give you 14 calendar days to return your purchase without needing a reason why. this timeframe starts counting from the day you receive our product. 

the item must be returned in perfect condition. this means: no signs of use beyond what's needed to check if the design is what you expected. 

i require it to be returned in the original packaging and with all tags intact. you have to inform me of the decision to return the order within 14 days via email. after your notification, i give you 14 more days to send the item(s) back to me. 

the direct costs of the return shipping (postage) are your responsibility. i guarantee you a full refund of the amount paid for the products. the refund will be processed in a maximum of 14 days, counting from the date i was informed of the cancellation. 

i can hold the refund until we receive and i verify that the returned goods are in the perfect condition i asked for. the payment will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction.

i'll refund you the amount so you can place a new order on the website.

first, let me know about the defect! it's super important that you keep your proof of purchase. i give you the right to choose a replacement, and i'll cover all costs, including postage. if a replacement isn't possible or takes too long, i'll give you a full refund and you send the product back.

our swimsuits are made with high quality fabrics. but you have to be careful with them if you want them to last a long time.

instructions: hand wash, use cold or lukewarm water (max. 30∘c) and a gentle detergent. if you use the machine, put the swimsuit in a bag for delicates, select a gentle cycle and cold water, and don't put it on a strong spin cycle because it can mess up the swimsuit. no bleach or fabric softener because they ruin the elasticity. dry in the shade, flat or gently hung up, don't put it in the dryer or in direct sun. always wash your swimsuit after you use it, and i ask you to avoid rough surfaces, like pool edges or sand, so you don't damage the fabric.
