WHERE IS MY RETURNED PRODUCT?
Heyyyy!!! Once your return package is on its way to our warehouse, the return process begins. When the return is received and inspected by us, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or refused. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows as “delivered.” Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
At this moment, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. We recommend that you request a return for the product you wish to send back by emailing us at heyboni@bonibimi.com and then place a new order for the new product. As soon as your return is received and processed by us, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Bonibimi sincerely apologizes if this has happened to you. To resolve this situation, please send an email to heyboni@bonibimi.com with your information, a description of what happened to the product, images of the damaged product, and the purchase receipt. We are very happy to help you find a solution. Please note that any product damaged outside the 14-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
Our products are classified as defective if they are received damaged or after 14 days from the delivery date. From that delivery date onwards, products are not considered defective, but rather as products mishandled by the buyer.
If your product is defective upon receipt, you can return it for a refund. Please send us an email at heyboni@bonibimi.com.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If the order has already been placed, please allow a few days for us to pack and ship it to you. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your product on our website under “track your order” or online. Please allow a few business days for the products to reach you! Shipping time depends on the demand of the shipping companies.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Please be careful when entering your delivery address, because Bonibimi is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All our products may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or refunded by Bonibimi.com. We are not responsible for the fees and taxes of the countries where the product will be delivered, therefore the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due upon delivery of the product.
We are not responsible for any shipment deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the carrier to the local carrier in your country, strikes, or delays in air and ground transportation after the package leaves our warehouse.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
