RETURN POLICY

Online returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date for a refund. Once the tag is created, you have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier for a refund.

Securely package items for return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for paying any fees or taxes related to the return of purchased items. Returns are charged based on the carrier option selected, fees are shown in the return’s portal.

Please make sure you are aware of all charges, especially when using courier services, for returning BONIBIMI products.

Any items returned to BONIBIMI that are subject to unpaid or outstanding taxes and duties will be refused.

This means they will be held by the courier service until payment is received.

Any items held by the post office awaiting payment will be kept in an external location to which BONIBIMI will not have access.

If taxes and fees are not paid and/or returns are held by the post office, BONIBIMI will not be able to process your refunds.

Returns that were sent with taxes and fees prepaid will be accepted and processed normally.
